Following a successful week-long run in Ballydehob, County Cork, 7 Hands comes to Dublin. An exhibition showcasing the work of artists inspired by the landscape and materials of West Cork, the work celebrates seven different craft forms using different materials and techniques. The objects created include bogwood turned bowls by Kieran Higgins, unique greenwood chairs by Alison Ospina, rugged ceramic sculptures by Pat Connor, copper plate etchings by Brian Lalor and glass candle lanterns and beetle plates by Angela Brady. Highlights include metalwork by Paddy McCormack and painted ceramic plates by Etain Hickey.

The opening of the Dublin run of the exhibition will take place at the RIAI on 17 November from 5.30 - 7.30pm.
